- Cleaning is done daily before start of work.
- Trash bins are provided in each area to deposit the waste.
- Industrial waste is collected and store at a separate area allotted for the purpose.
- Environment controls are effectively managed to minimize any possibility of contamination which may have adverse affect on devices and materials hazardous to individual.
- A monthly general inspection for cleaning, sweeping, mopping wash, trash disposal, and environmental management insect and rodent control is conducted by Q.A designated personnel and necessary recommendations are made.
- Area / section Incharges are required to adhere with the Q.A recommendations to keep their areas / sections cleaned and insecticide.
- Eating, drinking and smoking are not allowed in any production room. Separate areas are provided for these activities.
- A separate file is kept for each section / building for the monthly Q.A inspection report. The actions taken on the Q.A recommendations are recorded in the inspection reports.
- All Chemicals placed with their identification tags.
- At Welding/ Ultrasonic Cleaning and Electro polishing sections and press shop workers are provided with Apprans, Masks, I- Guards and gloves, further proper ventilation is arranged in these sections.
